Graduate Management Development Programme
For graduates who are motivated and ambitious, this is the
start of a highly successful career.
The programme gives a structured introduction to our core business
areas, from Customer Satisfaction and Personnel, to Marketing
and Risk Management. Over the nine months, you’ll develop
your business acumen learning all about task and people management.
You’ll get involved in the day-to-day running of departments,
challenging current thinking and putting forward ideas for
improvement. And you’ll have a company director as personal
mentor throughout, offering guidance, advice and support. In
short, this programme will give you the very best introduction
to a management career at MBNA and the confidence to realise
your potential.
What sort of person are you?
For a start, you’ll be expecting a 2:2 degree or above.
Beyond that we’re looking for certain traits. Natural
leaders who are comfortable dealing with people at all levels
and will thrive in an environment of continual change. Individuals
who are organised, target-driven and have the ability to
make sense of complex data. Commitment and a flexible approach
to the working day are key.
