induction programme, designed to introduce you
to the company, the team, our systems and the
way we work. Depending on your role, we’ll
then give you all the educational development
you need. And with real responsibility from the
outset, you’ll quickly build up expertise
in what you do.
There will be some occasions where the role
dictates that you need to learn something new.
But for the most part it’s up to you to
decide what you want. Through regular meetings
and assistance from your Manager, you’ll
look at the options and work out a plan.
